Refund policy

14 days

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

The piece must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start

Email info@nayra.style or via WhatsApp with your order number and we'll arrange collection from your address.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us — we can't accept items returned without an arranged collection.

Delivery charge

The KD 1 delivery charge is not refunded on returns. This applies even if your order qualified for free delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If a piece is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email info@nayra.style or via WhatsApp straight away and we'll make it right — at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 2 business days, less the KD 1 delivery charge.

Sizing

Our abayas are sized by height. Check the size guide on every product page before ordering — and if you're unsure, email us first. We'd rather help you choose than process a return.
